Today I'm grateful for these two wonderful people.
My parents are beyond amazing. They have taught me so much. I often describe my mother as one HUGE heart. She's got a capacity to love that is beyond most. She taught me how to give and love whole-heartily. My dad is a character and always the first to crack a joke. He taught me how to laugh at myself and not take things too seriously. They both have taught me that hard work pays off, to always love your family, and to take the time to enjoy life. The most important gift my parents have given me is the example of loving God through living obediently to Him. It took me a long time to learn this one, and I broke their hearts while I refused to accept this truth and went my own way. They never gave up and neither did God and now it's the most valued lesson I learned from my mom and dad.
