Baby it's cold outside

I know my idea of "cold" is weaksauce compared to those of you living in blankets of the white stuff. But for this Cali born and bred girl 29 degrees is...BRRRRR! On my way to the car I had to run back in and grab my camera to capture the lovely frost all over the front yard, lovely, yes. The fire in the fire place is very nice. I love the home made crock pot beef soup we frequently eat this time of year...but I'm ready for some HEAT!

    Me too (ready for some heat), but it did get all the way up to 14 here today, and we've got a foot of snow expected between tonight and tomorrow!!
